AS THE SUN GOES DOWN ON MAUI

It is hard to believe, but we have been on Maui for a month and it is already time to go. It is amazing how fast time goes by! I was sitting at kanaha beach after a big wind day, and feeling a little sad that it was our last day of windsurfing. And then I thought to myself, gee wiz Ang, you get to go to New Zealand from here, what are you sad about! The reality of our next trip has not completly sunk in, until just now. I was lying in bed last night thinking that the campervan we will be living in for the next 2 1/2 months, is about 1/3 the size of the bedroom in the condo we are staying in. Having never experienced an extended stay in a camper or trailer, it will be interesting to experience the cozy atomosphere. After all these years, John and I may learn a little more about each other for better or worse. I have not seen my turtle this trip, so I got up early this morning and headed out to little beach, no turtle, but a beautiful day and a nice way to say Aloha to Maui.
